advances and declines - advances and declines is key

advances and declines

the advances and declines chart below shows how much stocks and equities are above their moving averages and intrinsic valued. This is something significant, as we have found we are at 275 on the the chart, and a level that was last seen just before a correction.

advances and declines is not always a good indicator, however the last week or so, the advances and declines have rocketed up pretty fast and showing extremes. The advances and declines can going higher, but as said extremes can be a good warning sign.

Bonds Weekly Chart - The Bonds Weekly Chart

Bonds Weekly Chart

The Bonds Weekly Chart is clearly in a downwards channel at the moment. With a target of 147. We have noticed over the last week or two money coming out of the stock and equities, and into the USD and bonds.

The Bonds Weekly Chart is also showing us that things are very very oversold longer term. So we would not be surprised to see Bonds Weekly Chart go up and reach the 147 market and then possibly break its falling resistance line and head higher.

The Bonds Weekly Chart is very telling and we will monitor this over the coming weeks.

us bonds daily chart - us bonds daily chart look horrible

us bonds daily chart look horrible

If we take a look at the us bonds daily chart it looks horrible at the moment.

Right now it looks to me that this chart has a bearish flag that has now been broken, which as  you know the us bonds daily chart is the inverse to the S&P 500 so that means this is bearish for bonds, and bullish for stocks and equities at the moment.
